Edelweiss Life Insurance Company is looking for energetic, entrepreneurial professionals to join us as Partner Development Managers.

Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding high-potential entrepreneurs who will establish and run their own CAP offices and build their own insurance distribution businesses.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and acquire prospective CAP entrepreneurs
- Build a strong pipeline through market mapping and networking
- Present and sell the CAP business opportunity
- Support partners in setting up and launching their offices
- Develop and grow the partner network and business
- Drive partner activation, productivity and long-term growth

Who are we looking for?




- 2–8 years of experience in BFSI / Insurance / Sales / Distribution / Business Development
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and market orientation
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Proven ability to acquire and develop business partners
