Part-Time Communication & Debate Trainer (Soft Skills Expert)

About the Role

Are you a passionate communicator, debate enthusiast, or public speaking coach who loves shaping confident speakers? We are seeking an energetic, engaging Part-Time Communication & Public Speaking Trainer to prepare our students to excel in real-world communication challenges.

In this role, you won't just teach grammar—you will build confidence, critical thinking, and articulate expression through practical, activity-based training.

Key Responsibilities

· Train & Mentor: Conduct interactive, activity-based modules on Public Speaking, Group Discussions (GD), Debates, Extempore, and Personality Development.

· Build Real Confidence: Help students overcome stage fright, structure their thoughts under pressure, and refine their body language and vocal delivery.

· Conduct Mock Sessions: Organize live debate rounds, simulated group discussions, and impromptu speech drills with constructive, individual feedback.

· Curate Engaging Sessions: Design energetic classroom activities, current affairs topic lists, and performance evaluations.

What We Are Looking For

· Proven Expertise: Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Debate Coach, Toastmaster, Public Speaking Instructor,



or Communications Specialist.

· Subject Mastery: Strong understanding of debate formats, extempore techniques, GD dynamics, and non-verbal communication.

· Passionate & Energetic: Ability to command a room, motivate hesitant learners, and create a supportive environment.

· Excellent Command of Language: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with clear diction.

Preferred Qualifications

· Active or past membership in Toastmasters International, university debate societies, or Model UN (MUN) is a major plus.

· Degree in Communications, English, Education, Theater, or a related field.
