Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Part Time Business Development Executive to pitch services, and convert prospects into clients. This is a role ideal for individuals who thrive on incentives and flexible work.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (online/offline)
- Pitch digital marketing services effectively to prospects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Coordinate meetings between clients and internal team (if required)

Work Structure

- Minimum 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Fully flexible schedule
- Expected outcome: Booked client meetings & Converted clients by the end of each week

Compensation

- Fixed Salary Comissions on Deals Closed
- Attractive incentives on every successful conversion
- No earning cap — higher performance = higher income

Requirements





- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of sales/business development
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus
