Engineer (4+Years) / Sr Engineer (7+Years) CyberArk

· Good in PAM, IAM or cybersecurity engineering, including 4+ years hands-on CyberArk in production environments

· You handle deep troubleshooting, own the relationship with CyberArk vendor support, follow the product roadmap closely, and partner with the Product Owner to build a solid PAM roadmap aligned with the vendor's direction.

· You constantly look for new types of privileged accounts to onboard — including across cloud providers — review existing processes to keep the platform on the leading edge of the product,

· Deep expertise on CyberArk Privileged Cloud and its full module set: CPM, PSM, CP/CCP, SIA, WPM, SWS, EPM, SCA, Connectors — including platform design, hardening and complex integrations

· Proven experience designing and operating CyberArk in large, multi-entity environments

· Robust Active Directory architecture knowledge: multi-forest, trusts, delegation, privileged tiering

· Solid Linux/Unix and Windows Server expertise; comfortable with networking and certificates

· Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) — IAM model, privileged identities, secrets management, integration with PAM

· Hands-on experience designing Entra ID integration with CyberArk: SSO (SAML / OIDC), MFA,



Conditional Access patterns; able to design integration end-to-end (not only configure existing patterns)

· Hands-on experience with REST APIs, scripting (Python and/or PowerShell) and automation patterns for PAM

· Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technically without formal hierarchy

· Excellent written and spoken communication in English

· Required certification: CyberArk Sentry (PAM)

· Resolve complex CyberArk incidents and problems across the full product set in scope (PCloud, CPM, PSM, CP/CCP, SIA, WPM, SWS, Connectors)

· Lead root cause analysis on critical incidents and drive structural fixes

· Open, handle and follow through CyberArk support cases until resolution; own the vendor relationship

· Help the Product Owner build and maintain a solid PAM product roadmap aligned with CyberArk's direction and Group needs

· Act as the guarantor of the user experience of PAM services: ensure customers and the internal community get a smooth, reliable, well-documented experience

· Mentor L2 engineers technically: pairing on complex onboardings, reviewing designs, sharing knowledge

· Define and maintain engineering standards, runbooks and architecture decision records

· Co-design PUMA Hub modules with the Product Owner: functional and technical scoping
