Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in the Paint industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of painting processes, materials, and equipment used in the paint sector.
- Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
