Role Description This is a full time, on-site Packing and Dispatch Operations role based in Dera Bassi. The role involves receiving finished goods from production, verifying quantities, and preparing items for packing according to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. The team member will label, pack, and seal products, maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area, and ensure proper storage before dispatch.

Daily tasks include coordinating with inventory, logistics, and warehouse teams, generating and checking dispatch documents, and arranging materials for shipment as per order schedules. The role also requires monitoring stock levels of packing materials,



following safety and compliance requirements, and reporting any discrepancies or damage promptly.

Qualifications

- Ability to handle packing operations, including sorting, labeling, sealing, and organizing finished goods for dispatch.
- Competence in basic documentation and record-keeping, such as checking invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch lists for accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse and inventory processes, including stock counting, material movement, and storage practices.
- Awareness of safety, hygiene, and quality standards in a biotech or manufacturing environment, with willingness to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory or dispatch systems and communicating with internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Prior experience in packing, dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations in manufacturing or biotech is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is beneficial.
