- Planning of shift packing activity, and execution of packing orders as directed by QA Manager or Packing Incharge and ensuring that requirement is met as per Spec.
- Ensuring good housekeeping and Preventive maintenance.
- Keeping a track of all the intermediate and dryer products received from production and updating the system on a daily basis.
- Preparation and maintenance of all packing records, product progress report, and assisting to Batch reporting, costing, and Accounting of Incoming and outgoing material preparation and Initiating appropriate measures for cost reduction.
- Coordinating with Quality control, Research and Development departments to ensure that packing is carried out as per the prescribed process plan.
- Ensuring that optimum yield and recovery is achieved in the final packing.
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are initiated on complaints received from Customer
- Directing Casual labor to perform their task and ensuring optimum utilization of resources
- Handling day to day shift operations by removing bottleneck and ensuring smooth stream flow of processes in the shift.




- Ensuring the cleanliness of surroundings and proper housekeeping using 5S standards without causing inadvertent contamination
- Supervising the cleaning of machines by workers properly to ensure that no contamination occurs.
- All the supervisors should follow their work instructions according to PD W 001 to PD W 028 protocols allotted by Dryer and packing manager/incharge.
- Issuing gloves, heads caps, safety equipment’s to labors in Dryer and packing area.

DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Degree/Master degree in Microbiology/chemistry with experience of minimum 1 -3 years.
2. Good mathematical skills and familiarity with analytical quantitative calculations
3. Solid communication skills both written and oral.
4. Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower
5. Team player who can adapt to dynamic work environment.
6. Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, GMP, KOSHER, HALAL standard.
