Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain packaging machines for optimal performance and productivity.

- Monitor and control the quality of packaging materials to meet company standards.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations.

- Troubleshoot issues with packaging equipment and report problems to maintenance teams.





- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging processes.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Packing Operator or in a related field.

- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and procedures.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.

- Familiarity with quality control measures and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
