We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our growing team . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in core packaging design, preferably in the Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C industry, with a strong understanding of aesthetics,

functionality, print production, and brand consistency.

This role will involve designing impactful and consumer-centric packaging solutions across our brands while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop cutting-edge packaging concepts aligned with brand identity and product

positioning.
- Create packaging artworks, mockups, label designs, and print-ready files for new and

existing products.
- Develop and manage packaging systems, layouts, dielines, and structural packaging

designs.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, visual hierarchy, and packaging

aesthetics across categories.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, product, and external vendor teams for packaging

development and execution.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure print accuracy, material quality, color

consistency,



and production feasibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable packaging innovations, materials, and

finishing techniques.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and launch

schedules.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of core Packaging Design experience (mandatory).
- Prior experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, D2C, or Consumer Brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, print processes, color management,

typography, and structural packaging.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on product packaging from ideation to final execution.
- Understanding of sustainable packaging solutions and material innovation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
