We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist - Meta Ads to manage and grow our digital lead-generation campaigns.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing Meta advertising campaigns while supporting the broader marketing funnel, from the first ad interaction through to lead capture, CRM management and appointment conversion.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded and understands that successful paid media is about quality leads and conversions, not just clicks or impressions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies
- Build and optimise marketing funnels from Ad → Landing Page → Lead → CRM → Appointment
- Test audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and lead quality
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Work with CRM systems to track, segment and nurture leads
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution and reporting
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking and related analytics
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance and provide actionable recommendations




- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead-to-appointment conversion

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
- Experience building and optimising marketing funnels
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance

Desirable Experience
- Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
- n8n, Zapier, Make or other automation tools
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Landing page and conversion rate optimisation
- Real estate, property, finance or other high-ticket lead generation
- Experience working with sales teams and CRM pipelines
