- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Solid understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information
