Role Description The Owner at Strateworks Solutions will provide strategic leadership, set the company vision, and ensure alignment of services with market needs and client expectations. This full-time, in office role based in Rajkot involves overseeing daily operations, managing key client relationships, and guiding teams responsible for software development, implementation, and consulting. The Owner will review project pipelines, monitor delivery quality, and make decisions on resource allocation, partnerships, and investments.

Responsibilities include driving business development, representing the company at industry events,



and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role also requires close collaboration with technical and consulting teams to refine service offerings and maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, ownership, or senior management within technology, consulting, or software services.

- Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, or software implementation, ideally with familiarity in cloud-based business applications and the Zoho ecosystem.

- Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to represent the organization externally.

- Capabilities in operations management, project oversight, and process optimization to ensure efficient delivery and scalable growth.

- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, financial planning, and performance tracking using metrics and dashboards.

- Ability to lead diverse teams, build collaborative work environments, and drive change while maintaining ethical and inclusive practices.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Comfort working on-site in Rajkot, with a hands-on approach to engaging with teams, clients, and local partners.
