MicroElites is looking for an Outreach Specialist to help us connect with potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for researching prospects, finding decision-makers, starting conversations, and managing outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels .

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients and businesses
- Find decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists
- Send personalized LinkedIn and email outreach
- Follow up with prospects and maintain conversations
- Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
- Book meetings for the sales team
- Maintain outreach records and track responses
- Test and improve outreach messages and approaches
- Research competitors, industries,



and potential markets

Requirements
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication and research skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Ability to write personalized messages
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or sales is preferred
