Dear Candidates,

We are looking for blue collar workers (physical day-to-day labour involved). We are a cafe chain recently opened in Bangalore with an aim to expand our branches to the USA. You as a candidate will be handling ALL day to day operations, including food preparation, POS machine handling (receiving orders from Swiggy/zomato, preparing food, dispatching to delivery partners), opening the shop in designated time as prescribed by management, and closing the shop (our outlets never closes - these are 24/7 outlets.

When the next shifter comes, you will handover the shift to him and sign out, the outlet will never close). You have manually open/close the shop shutter, clean the shop (bucket, broom, phenyl, mop, all cleaning stuff will be there in shop. There's only one person per shift.

So you have to do it by yourself.

You will be given training by our management.

You have to serve at least 30 days of notice (you have to notify the authority 30 days prior. Without serving this notice you will not receive a proper separation letter / Reliving Letter.

All our sales happens through Swiggy / zomato. So 100% of our sales are online. We need a young energetic person who is willing to take care of the shop (from opening the shutter, to restocking supplies, to preparing food, to catering the food to delivery partner to other required actions as required by the business.

We are ok with graduates of any steam.

You must be fluent in reading, writing & speaking in English & Hindi.

If you're from a different state in India, and you are flying to Bangalore, any relocation cost will not be given by the company.



The company will provide you free stay (yes local PG with 2/3 time free food facility will be arranged for you and this sum will not be deducted from your salary).

PF, ESI contribution will be offered as per legal boundaries set by the GOI statutory norms.

One day leave without informing will be considered as absconding from job and your service can be terminated immediately. Please always inform if you're taking leave on the same day.

We're much more interested on a trainable disciplined mind rather than existing skill or education or past experience. A trainable disciplined mind with a commitment to serve for a minimum of 1 yr. This is bare minimum what is expected in our ideal candidate.

Notice period: 2 months (MANDATORY).

If notice is not served, the last month salary will be released after 45 days, with the F&F; settlement certificate marking it as termination / absconding, it'll not be a clean exit.
