We are looking for a motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team. This is a part-time work-from-home role for candidates who are confident in making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting potential customers into clients.

The selected candidate will primarily handle customers and local business prospects in Tamil Nadu and promote our digital services.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new sales leads through outbound and cold calling.
- Make regular outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements and business needs.
- Explain our services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer questions and basic objections.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records.
- Update customer follow-up status regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Perform other official sales-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound sales and cold calls.
- Positive persuasion and customer-handling skills.




- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must have your own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Must have a quiet workspace for making customer calls.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and regular follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Previous telesales, telecalling, sales, or business development experience is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
