About the Role

Are you a high-energy phone closer who thrives in US business hours and knows how to pitch digital services on the fly?

Engross Digital Marketing LLC is expanding its business development team. We provide you with targeted US business data and lead lists—your job is to make high-volume outbound calls, connect with business owners across North America, pitch our high-ROI Google Ads management packages, and close monthly retainers.

No cold lead sourcing required. The data is provided—you bring the pitch and the close.

Work Schedule

- Shift Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (US Market Calendar)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Outbound Call Execution: Conduct high-volume daily outbound calls during US market hours to targeted business lists provided by the company, reaching key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Marketing Directors).
- Pitching & Presenting: Deliver sharp, high-impact verbal pitches highlighting the immediate ROI of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Lead Gen).
- Handling Phone Objections: Confidently navigate pushback regarding existing agencies, budget hesitations, or past negative experiences with PPC.
- High-Volume Closing: Drive rapid sales cycles to close and secure monthly Google Ads management contracts over phone and video calls.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain aggressive,



structured follow-up sequences with open leads and log all call dispositions and deal stages in the CRM.
- Smooth Client Hand-off: Collect essential account details upon closing to ensure a seamless transition to our media buying team.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound B2B phone sales or cold calling (specifically pitching Google Ads or agency services to US/Western markets).
- Mandatory Availability: Ability to work full night shift schedules reliably (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST).
- Solid grasp of Google Ads concepts (CPC, conversion tracking, search intent, ROAS) to speak authoritatively to business owners.
- High phone stamina, thick skin, and a relentless drive to hit closing targets.
- Excellent, fluent English communication skills with a persuasive, confident phone style suited for North American clients.
- Proven track record of consistently closing double-digit monthly accounts or exceeding sales quotas.

- Daily Outbound Volume: 100+ calls/day
- Decision-Maker Connects: 10–15 conversations/day
- Monthly Closes: 10–15 signed client retainers/month
