- B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture, or M.Sc. in Fruit & Vegetable Science / Horticulture.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in organic vegetable and fruit farm maintenance and development.
- Practical knowledge of organic farming practices, crop management, irrigation, fertigation, pest and disease management, and overall farm operations.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in large-scale / Commercial farm development and maintenance will be preferred.
