Area of Accountability Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Performance Measures & Targets store has the correct inventory level to support their sales and merchandising needs Inventory Management influence decision making Primary Measures General Measures: duration of promotions. And flagging risks of compliance issues. exception issues are resolved.

Operational

Excellence - Allocations split and store distribution based on seasonality. OTB timelines style and communicate appropriately Forecasting & Reporting Key Challenges of This Position: Ability to collaborate with Merchandising teams to drive seamless placement of inventory across channels and drive in stock betterment and develop culture to innovate. A partner who will influence decisions with effective problem solving
