About the Role

- We are looking for a detail-oriented OTA Executive to create, update, and manage Action Tour Guide’s tour listings across platforms such as Tripadvisor, Viator, Airbnb Experiences, GetYourGuide, Expedia, and other online travel marketplaces.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that every tour listing is accurate, attractive, and optimized for bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish new tour listings across multiple OTA platforms.
- Update tour titles, descriptions, highlights, images, prices, inclusions, exclusions, and other details.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, consistent, and error-free.
- Write clear, engaging, and customer-friendly tour descriptions.
- Follow each platform’s content guidelines and listing requirements.
- Review live listings regularly and correct missing or outdated information.
- Coordinate with the Content, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for listing updates.
- Upload and organize high-quality tour images.
- Track listing approvals, rejections, and pending changes.




- Resolve listing-related issues by communicating with OTA support teams.
- Respond to customer reviews.
- Maintain a central tracker of all listings, updates, and platform status.
- Monitor competitor listings and recommend improvements.
- Help improve listing visibility, customer engagement, and booking conversion.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and content-editing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online dashboards, and content-management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of travel products and online marketplaces.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in OTA operations, travel, tourism, e-commerce, content management, or product listing.
- Experience using platforms such as Tripadvisor, Viator, Airbnb Experiences, GetYourGuide, Expedia, or similar OTAs.
- Experience writing customer-friendly and sales-focused content.
- Knowledge of SEO, keywords, and listing optimization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve listing content while maintaining accuracy.
