Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and design transportation and logistics solutions.
- Configure OTM modules including shipment planning, order management, tendering, execution, freight settlement, and transportation visibility.
- Manage carrier onboarding, rate management, routing guides, and transportation networks.
- Integrate OTM with Oracle ERP, Oracle SCM Cloud, WMS, EBS, and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain interfaces using XML, EDI, APIs, and web services.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support freight payment, audit processes, and transportation analytics.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain optimization initiatives.
