Role Description The Oracle Trainer role is a part-time, on-site position based at the Hyderabad campus.

The Oracle

Trainer will design and deliver structured Oracle curriculum, including database concepts, SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant Oracle tools, through classroom lectures, lab sessions, and workshops. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating training materials, demonstrating practical examples, guiding learners through hands-on exercises, and evaluating performance through assignments, tests, and project work.



The trainer will provide individual support to learners, clarify technical doubts, and align training content with current industry practices and certification standards.

Collaboration with academic coordinators to schedule sessions, update course content, and support placement-focused training initiatives is also part of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Information Technology, with hands-on experience in Oracle technologies and database systems.
- Candidates should possess proven Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, learner-friendly manner.
- Candidates should possess practical Software Development experience, ideally involving Oracle-based applications, SQL/PLSQL programming, and real-time project work.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric approach.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; Oracle certifications (e.g., OCA/OCP) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in Oracle or related database technologies is preferred.
- Ability to create structured training materials, adapt content to different skill levels, and support placement-oriented and internship programs.
