Job SummaryTrinamix is looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Planning & Demand Management Solution Architect with 12+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and solution architecture experience across Oracle Supply Planning, Demand Management, S&OP;, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Supply Chain Collaboration, along with proven experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

The role requires strong consulting, solutioning, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives.
- Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Architect scalable and best-practice Oracle Planning solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide domain expertise across:
- Oracle Supply Planning Cloud
- Oracle Demand Management Cloud
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
- Replenishment Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Supply Chain Collaboration
- Define future-state business processes and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design, CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.




- Collaborate with Technical, Integration, Reporting, and Data Migration teams.
- Drive stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
- Mentor consultants and provide solution leadership across projects.
- Support pre-sales activities, estimations, solutioning, and proposal creation.
- Ensure successful project delivery, governance, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Oracle Applications.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and Demand Management.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM Planning implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Supply Planning
- Demand Planning
- Forecasting
- Inventory Optimization
- Replenishment Planning
- Supply Chain Collaboration
- S&OP; Processes
- Robust understanding of Supply Chain business processes and industry best practices.
- Experience working directly with global clients and business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead solution design workshops and business process transformation discussions.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud SCM Planning Certifications.
- Experience in large global transformation programs.
- Exposure to AI-driven forecasting and advanced planning solutions.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud integrations and reporting solutions.
- Prior experience in Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Practice Leadership roles.
