We are looking for an experienced Senior Siebel Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development, customization, configuration, integration, and production support. The candidate should have strong expertise in Siebel Open UI, JavaScript, Siebel EAI, workflows, business services, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, configure, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
- Develop and customize Siebel Open UI applications using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Siebel Open UI frameworks.
- Work extensively with Siebel Business Objects, Business Components, Applets, Views, Screens, Links, MVGs, and Picklists.
- Develop and customize Siebel Workflows, Business Services, Runtime Events, and Assignment Manager.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Siebel EAI, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and other middleware technologies.
- Perform Siebel configuration and scripting using Siebel Tools and Siebel eScript.
- Develop and maintain Business Services, Data Services, Integration Objects, and Data Maps.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Siebel technical solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, migration, and deployment activities.
- Work with functional teams, business analysts,



QA teams, and offshore/onshore development teams.
- Perform code reviews and ensure development follows Siebel coding and architectural standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, production releases, and post-production issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, deployment documents, and support guides.

Required Technical Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools and Siebel application architecture.
- Expertise in Siebel Configuration and eScript.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Open UI customization.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel EAI and integration architecture.
- Experience with Web Services, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Strong experience with Business Services, Workflows, Business Components, Applets, Views, and Integration Objects.
- Experience with Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and data migration.
- Knowledge of Siebel Web Templates and Manifest Files.
- Experience with Siebel Server, Gateway Server, Object Manager, and Application Interface.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Knowledge of Siebel deployment, migration, and release management processes.
