Job Summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Oracle Risk Management Cloud Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Oracle Cloud applications. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Risk Management Cloud solutions to help clients strengthen compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and risk governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
- Configure and support Oracle Risk Management modules:
- Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
- Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)
- Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
- Transaction Controls Governor (TCG)
- Access Certification
- Risk Assessment & Controls Management
- Design Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices and risk mitigation strategies.
- Integrate Oracle Risk Management Cloud with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Collaborate with Finance, Audit, Compliance, and IT Security teams.
- Support UAT, training,



deployment, and post-production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/GRC consulting.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Internal Controls & Compliance
- Audit & Risk Management
- User Access Governance
- Financial Controls Monitoring
- Experience with Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HCM processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud Risk Management Certification.
- Experience in multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, Internal Audit, and Compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Security and Oracle Identity Management.

Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Oracle Cloud/GRC are preferred.
