Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise across Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Workforce Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management, with hands-on experience in Fast Formulas, integrations, reporting, and production support.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to support business-critical HCM processes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and production support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Workforce Compensation
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion Absence Management setups and administration.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot complex Fast Formulas to support compensation, payroll, benefits, and absence management processes.
- Support integrations between Workforce Compensation and other HR systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and:
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Oracle ERP Cloud (General Ledger and PPM)
- Work with Oracle PaaS technologies to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM integrations.
- Configure and support advanced Benefits functionality, including:
- Life Event processing
- Eligibility Profiles
- Enrollment activities
- Collapsing Event Rules
- Troubleshoot approval workflows, data issues,



and system configuration challenges.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports and HCM analytics.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SLA commitments and support governance standards.
- Participate in rotational shift schedules and weekend on-call support as required.

Required Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Workforce Compensation
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Absence configuration and administration.
- Extensive experience in creating and troubleshooting Oracle HCM Quick Formulas.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and Oracle PaaS services.
- Proven experience supporting Workforce Compensation and Benefits processes.
- Experience with BI Publisher reporting and HCM data analysis.
- Good understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud integration touchpoints, especially GL and PPM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of incident management processes and SLA-driven support models.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
- Experience supporting global HCM environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
