Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

Required Skillset: Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

Location: PAN INDIA

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional expertise in Oracle Payroll, Fast Formulas, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, along with experience working in global implementation or support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules based on business requirements.
- Manage payroll elements, balances, deductions, earnings, and payroll processing.
- Configure payroll calculations, payment methods, costing, and statutory deductions.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
- Support payroll processing activities, reconciliation, and period-end activities.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
- Integrate Payroll with Core HR,



Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, HDL/HCM Data Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

- 4–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas.
- Experience with Payroll Elements, Balances, Costing, Payment Methods, and Payroll Flows.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
- Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Payroll Reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll integrations and data migration.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
