Key Responsibilities

- Configure the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module time entry layouts, processing profiles and worker time entry setup.

- Build time entry, validation, submission and calculation rules using time rule templates and Quick Formulas.

- Set up shifts, work schedules, work-week and workforce management structures.

- Integrate Time and Labor with Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR.

- Run requirement workshops, prepare functional design documents and drive UAT sign-off.

- Provide production support, root-cause analysis and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven functional experience implementing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor.

- Strong knowledge of time processing/validation rules and time categories.

- Experience configuring work schedules, shifts and time device (badge) integrations.

- Understanding of Time and Labor integration with Payroll and Absence.

- Ability to author Time-related Fast Formulas.

Good to Have

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.

- Experience with Workforce Management / scheduling.
