Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Compensation & Benefits Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Administration, Oracle Benefits Cloud, and Total Compensation .

The ideal candidate will have strong functional HR knowledge and experience designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation and Benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure Oracle Workforce Compensation (CWB) , including compensation plans, budgets, eligibility profiles, worksheets, and approval hierarchies.
- Configure Individual Compensation Plans for bonuses, allowances, relocation pay, and ad-hoc awards.
- Configure Salary Basis, Salary Ranges, Grade Rates, Grade Steps, and Grade Ladders .
- Configure Oracle Benefits Programs, Plans, Options, Eligibility Profiles, and Life Events .
- Develop Benefits Fast Formulas for eligibility, rates, coverage, and imputed income.
- Configure Flex Credits and Total Compensation Statements .
- Support 834 EDI carrier extracts and SFTP delivery .
- Develop pay equity and compensation analytics using OTBI and Oracle HCM Analytics.




- Support Oracle Compensation AI agents and related Oracle HCM capabilities.
- Manage Benefits-to-Payroll integration , including Close Enrollment, deductions, and ACA 1095-C.
- Lead CRP, SIT/UAT, configuration, defect resolution, and stakeholder sign-off .

Certifications

- Oracle Cloud Compensation Certified Specialist
- Oracle Cloud Benefits Certified Specialist

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field ; MBA preferred.
- Experience with global Compensation & Benefits programs across US, India, UK, and APAC .
- Knowledge of country-specific pay equity regulations.
- Experience with Oracle Compensation AI agents and Talent Calibration & Review Workspace .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
