Job Summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Finance Cloud solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to streamline financial processes and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.
- Configure and support Oracle Finance Cloud modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Tax Management
- Expense Management
- Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
- Work on data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare,



and production support activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Drive Finance transformation and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials.

- Robust expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion Financials
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Financial Reporting Studio
- Experience in Finance business processes, accounting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certification.
- Experience in multinational or large enterprise implementations.
- Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud, and reporting solutions.

Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.
