Key Responsibilities

- Configure Oracle Cloud Budgetary Control control budgets, budget levels, tolerances and validations.

- Set up Encumbrance Accounting for requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.

- Define funds-check and funds-reservation behaviour across Procurement and Payables.

- Support budget import, budget adjustments and carry-forward processing.

- Integrate Budgetary Control with GL, Procurement, Payables and Projects.

- Troubleshoot funds-check failures and provide production support.

Required Skills & Experience

- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting.

- Deep understanding of control budgets, funds reservation and encumbrance lifecycle.

- Solid grounding in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, Payables, Procurement).

- Experience with budget loading, adjustments and reporting.

- Ability to analyse and resolve funds-check and accounting issues.

Good to Have

- Oracle Cloud Financials certification.

- Public-sector / government financials experience.
