Hiring: Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Oracle Time & Labor

We're looking for experienced Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Functional Consultants with expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) for US implementations.
Key Requirements:
9+ years of HCM experience across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2+ Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Hands-on experience in OTL for US customers
Expertise in Configurations, Approval Workflows, Journeys, Security & Role Configuration
Solid experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, go-live, and client interaction
Leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel (Domestic/International)
