Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Consultant to support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, production operations, enhancements, and technical development.

The role will work closely with business users, Functional Consultants, DBAs, developers, and other technical teams to understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure stable Oracle EBS operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to Functional Consultants and business users.
- Troubleshoot and support existing RICEFW/RICE components and Oracle EBS applications.
- Handle production incidents, service requests, problem management, and issue resolution.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate Oracle solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements and interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including MD070 documents and technical process flows.
- Prepare and execute unit test cases for customizations and enhancements.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support by raising and managing Service Requests (SRs) through closure.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, DBAs, developers, module consultants, leads, and business stakeholders.
- Support production releases and obtain required sign-offs.
- Perform performance tuning, testing, and optimization of Oracle applications.
- Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades and patching activities.
- Provide production support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system alerts.
- Provide 24x5 on-call production support, including occasional weekend support.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned systems and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- 9+ years of overall experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical
- Strong experience in XML Reports Development
- Experience with RICEFW/RICE components
- Experience developing Oracle EBS interfaces
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS technical flows
- Ability to work closely with Functional Consultants and business teams
