Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CC&B; / C2M Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B;) and/or Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Oracle CC&B; / C2M applications based on business requirements.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) components.
- Work with business objects, service scripts, zones, algorithms, UI maps, portals, and related CC&B;/C2M components.
- Design and develop integrations between CC&B;/C2M and external applications using appropriate integration frameworks and technologies.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related components.
- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide root-cause analysis.




- Prepare technical specifications and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development and deployment standards.
- Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of experience in Oracle Utilities development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B; and/or C2M.
- Good knowledge of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework).

- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and experience with Oracle databases.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting integrations.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
