OPT Recruiter – US Staffing

Staffbees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced OPT Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

We are specifically looking for recruiters who have hands-on experience working with OPT/F1 candidates and understand the US staffing and recruitment process.

Position: OPT Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

What We Are Looking For

- Hands-on experience in OPT Recruitment / US Staffing
- Good understanding of F1 OPT and STEM OPT candidates
- Experience sourcing and engaging candidates from the US
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach
- Ability to identify relevant OPT candidates based on job requirements
- Good understanding of US staffing processes and employment requirements
- Strong candidate follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment activities
- Candidates with knowledge of H1B transfers / US staffing will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified OPT/F1 candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain a strong OPT candidate pipeline




- Screen candidates based on skills, experience and work authorization
- Engage with candidates and explain relevant job opportunities
- Match candidates with suitable US IT requirements
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
- Coordinate throughout the recruitment and interview process
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment trackers
- Focus on quality profiles rather than high-volume submissions
