Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Operators and Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Bavla Changodar GIDC The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment used in skincare, cosmetics, and oral care production

Perform routine machine setup, operation, and monitoring to maintain efficiency

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production issues

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety regulations

Perform quality checks to maintain product standards

Maintain accurate production logs and reports

Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to enhance machine performance

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems

Ability to troubleshoot production equipment issues

Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716, and FDA compliance

Understanding of production workflows and quality control processes

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail for precision in machine operation





Problem-solving skills to address equipment issues efficiently

Teamwork and communication for smooth production coordination

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Time management skills to meet production deadlines

Education & Certifications:

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Certification in industrial automation or machine operation is a plus

Preferred Experience:

1-4 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Technician, or in a similar role within the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry

Experience working in GIDC industrial areas is preferred
