About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations for Returnable Packaging Solutions. The person will be responsible for managing packaging assets such as bins, pallets, trolleys, racks, FLC’s, ensuring timely availability, movement, return, inspection and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of returnable packaging at customer and warehouse locations.
- Monitor movement of returnable packaging assets from warehouse to customer and back to the required location.
- Ensure accurate tracking of pallets, bins, trolleys, FLCs and other assets.
- Maintain daily inward, outward, return and inventory records.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, warehouse teams and internal operations.
- Ensure timely availability of packaging material as per customer requirements.
- Monitor empty packaging collection and reverse logistics activities.
- Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of FLC’s.
- Identify damaged,



missing FLC’s and report abnormalities.
- Supervise loading, unloading, counting and handling activities.
- Ensure proper documentation for all movements.
- Follow up on pending returns and ageing assets.
- Prepare daily MIS, movement reports, inventory reports and exception reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and customer requirements..
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support process improvement, cost reduction and Kaizen initiatives.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience in returnable packaging / asset management will be preferred.
- Good Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and daily operations.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in Warehouse, 3PL, Logistics, Returnable Packaging.
