Role Description The Operations Program Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai or Pune, India with flexibility to work from home for a portion of the schedule. The IGVP Institute is seeking a highly organized, high-energy Program & Operations Manager to dual-track the execution of our premier global event portfolio—specifically Health Summit 2026 series (Boston, California, Mumbai)—while driving daily operational management for our deep-tech healthcare accelerator cohorts and professional education courses.

This is a high-impact, multi-disciplinary role requiring a blend of large-scale event logistics, B2B sponsor account management, digital marketing, and founder/investor relations. Daily activities will be focused on Institute's Accelerator Execution & Course Support (30%); Global Summit & Event Production (30%); Digital Marketing,



Copywriting, & Lead Gen (20%); Database, Admin, & Reporting (20%). Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex initiatives.

Candidates should possess solid Operations Management experience to optimize processes, coordinate resources, and support day-to-day delivery. 3–5 years of proven experience running high-signal corporate conferences, B2B accelerators, incubator hubs, or venture-backed tech events.

Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and inform operational decision-making.

The Technical Stack Requirements: Event Tools: Brella, Grip, Whova, or Eventbrite.

Data & Automation: Airtable, Zapier, HubSpot CRM, or Salesforce.

Design & Content: Canva, Mailchimp, or web CMS platforms.

Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing collaboration with leadership in Boston, MA. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present transparent updates to stakeholders.

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, or clinical development environments is highly beneficial.

Logistical Focus: A methodical planner capable of enforcing countdown timelines under tight deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
