Role Overview The Program Manager will manage the end-to-end operations of IST programs across multiple partner campuses, ensuring smooth academic delivery, attendance management, student experience, and coordination with faculty, university, campus, and internal teams The ideal candidate should have experience in education/program operations or campus administration, with robust stakeholder management, execution, and multitasking skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple campuses simultaneously

or multiple stakeholders will be preferredStrong understanding of academic and student lifecycle operationsExperience working with universities, colleges, education institutions, or EdTech organisations is preferredDemonstrated experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and project management capabilitiesWillingness to travel across IST partner campusesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environme
