Professional Summary

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Operations Head with strong expertise in Pan-India transportation, fleet and traffic operations. The candidate must have a strong market network for 20 FT & 40 FT vehicles/containers, FCL & ODC and proven experience in vehicle placement, transporter management and freight negotiation.

Key Responsibilities Operations:

- Manage complete Pan-India transport & traffic operations.
- Arrange 20 FT & 40 FT vehicles/containers, FCL & ODC from the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners and vendors.
- Negotiate freight rates and control transportation costs.
- Manage vehicle placement, dispatch, tracking and delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and operational escalations.
- Ensure timely LR, POD, E-Way Bill and trip documentation.




- Monitor delays, detention, breakdowns and vehicle performance.
- Lead and manage the Traffic & Operations team.

Accounts Coordination

- Coordinate customer billing and transporter bills.
- Verify trip sheets, invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts for transporter/vendor payments.
- Ensure timely trip closure and POD submission.
