Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Operations Manager to lead therapist operations, streamline processes, and ensure seamless service delivery across clinics and field operations. This role will be responsible for therapist management, appointment execution, and driving operational efficiency and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Therapist Management & Coordination

- Lead and manage field therapists and retail/clinic therapists, with all therapists directly reporting into this role
- Plan daily/weekly therapist schedules and ensure optimal utilization
- Monitor performance, productivity, and adherence to SOPs

2. Appointment Planning & Execution

- Plan and oversee end-to-end execution of all skin appointments
- Ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Track implementation and resolve any execution gaps

3. Escalation Handling

- Handle customer and operational escalations efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution and service recovery

4. Machine Logistics & Coordination

- Oversee machine transportation and allocation across locations
- Coordinate with office support staff for smooth movement and tracking of machines

5. Inventory & Product Availability





- Ensure availability of required products and consumables across clinics and field operations
- Coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stockouts and delays in service delivery

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as a bridge between clinic/store managers, cosmetologists, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow across all centers

7. Financial & Administrative Management

- Manage petty cash and track operational expenses
- Maintain proper documentation and process compliance

8. Revenue & Performance Management

- Drive Skinnsi revenue generation through efficient operations and service delivery
- Monitor KPIs and improve team performance

9. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel
- Track performance metrics, therapist productivity, and operational efficiency

Key Requirements

- Experience in operations management, preferably in clinic, wellness, or service industry
- Solid experience managing therapist/field teams
- Good command over Excel and reporting
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Ability to handle multiple locations and high-pressure situations

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
