Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operation Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of both the Kasaragod Branch and Mangalapuram Branch. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth courier operations, maintaining service quality, managing staff, and achieving operational targets across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily operations at Kasaragod and Mangalapuram branches.
- Coordinate and monitor courier collection, sorting, dispatch, delivery, loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure timely movement and delivery of shipments while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Manage, guide and supervise operational staff at both locations.
- Coordinate with customers, clients, delivery teams, hubs and other concerned departments.
- Handle operational issues, customer complaints and service-related concerns effectively.
- Ensure proper documentation, shipment records and daily operational reports are maintained.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules and staff discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and service standards.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.




- Regularly travel between Kasaragod and Mangalapuram branches as required for operational supervision.
- Submit regular operational updates and reports to the management.
- Support business growth and improve operational performance at both locations.
- Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in courier, logistics, transportation or related operations.
- Prior experience in the courier service industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of courier operations, shipment handling, sorting, dispatch and delivery processes.
- Experience in managing staff and branch-level operations.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operations across two locations.
- Willingness to travel between Kasaragod and Mangalapuram as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges independently.
- Knowledge of HRMS, courier management software or operational systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of the courier and logistics industry, leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage operations across both branches while maintaining efficiency, discipline and customer satisfaction. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
