Role & responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Design and implement long-term operational schedules, maintenance workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Budget and Cost Control: Oversee financial operations, manage resource allocation, and track expenses to improve profitability without sacrificing quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate on-the-ground staff and contractors to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, environmental regulations, safety codes, and contractual agreements.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Coordinate regular inspections, manage spare parts inventory, and quickly resolve major technical or operational bottlenecks.
- Performance Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report operational updates or risks to senior leadership.
