Role Description This full-time, on-site Operations Manager role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day center operations, including patient flow management, appointment scheduling efficiency, and adherence to clinical and administrative protocols. The role includes coordinating with medical and non-medical teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and monitoring key performance indicators for service quality and operational efficiency.

supervise support staff, and optimize processes to enhance patient experience. This position also involves implementing organizational policies, supporting recent initiatives from central leadership, and driving continuous improvement across the center.

Qualifications

- Operational management and healthcare administration skills, including experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare service operations.
- Process improvement and quality assurance capabilities, with familiarity in standard operating procedures, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including staff supervision, training, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with patients, clinical teams, and senior leadership.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, or broader healthcare services is highly preferred.
- Comfort with using hospital information systems, scheduling software, and basic MS Office tools.
