Key Requirement:

We are specifically seeking female managers with proven expertise in BPO operations to drive strategic outcomes and manage large teams in a global environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Senior Operations Manager designation must be on paper (minimum 1- 2 years in the role)
- 5 to 6 years of international BPO experience in the recent experience(mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and client engagement at senior levels
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a global mindset
- Comfortable withday shifts
- Diversity profiles strongly preferred

Compensation:

- Budget up to 10 LPA(Non negotiable)

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Provide strategic leadership for international voice and chat operations, ensuring delivery of KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee large teams, drive performance management, and build succession pipelines for future leaders.
- Partner with global stakeholders to align operational delivery with business objectives.
- Lead transformation initiatives including process optimization, automation, and digital adoption.
- Ensure compliance with international standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage escalations with a solutionoriented approach, maintaining client confidence.
- Develop and mentor team leaders and managers, fostering a culture of accountability, diversity, and high performance.
- Present operational insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
