Operations Manager - Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh (CT & MRI Centers)

Role Purpose To drive operational excellence across CT & MRI diagnostic centers in the region by ensuring smooth operations, compliance adherence, revenue growth, government tie-ups, patient satisfaction, and achievement of business goals through effective operational strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage regional operations, business performance, and P&L; for CT & MRI centers across Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all diagnostic centers with minimum downtime and uninterrupted patient services.
- Handle government tie-ups, compliance management, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor revenue, receivables, budgeting, cost control measures, and profitability enhancement.
- Conduct regular center visits to ensure operational efficiency, machine uptime, and quality service delivery.
- Develop and strengthen private/cash business opportunities in the region.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain diagnostic quality standards.
- Ensure implementation of organizational policies, SOPs,



and patient feedback mechanisms.
- Manage facility operations, manpower planning, performance reviews, KRAs/KPIs, and team development.
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or above with robust exposure to healthcare operations.
- 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic operations management, preferably handling CT & MRI centers.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, government tieup services, revenue management, and multi-center operations.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible for frequent travel across the region.
