Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. This role includes coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow across multiple projects.

The Operations

Manager will monitor project schedules, resource allocation, materials procurement, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves implementing operational processes, reviewing progress reports, resolving on-site issues,



and driving continuous improvement in productivity and client satisfaction. Additionally, the Operations Manager will support strategic planning, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership on operational performance and risks.

Qualifications

- Strong project and operations management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and multi-site coordination.
- Experience in construction, civil engineering, or related fields, with knowledge of building methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software) and reading technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, including collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality control practices, and compliance requirements in construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions and manage risks on site.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience leading teams and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in large or multi-city projects.
