Role Description As an Operations Intern at Profession Hike, you will support day-to-day platform and process activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities may include updating and maintaining college and course data, coordinating with internal teams, tracking workflows, and assisting in documentation and reporting. You will help monitor user queries, support basic customer interactions, and contribute to improving operational procedures and quality standards. This is an internship role, based on-site in Chandigarh,



where you will work closely with the operations team and gain hands-on experience in the education technology domain.
