Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our home healthcare services. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, technology-driven, and capable of coordinating field teams efficiently while ensuring an exceptionalpatient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily schedules for nurses, drivers, and home healthcare appointments.
- Optimize routes and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor live operations and make quick, informed decisions to resolve scheduling or service issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and supervise field staff, including nurses and drivers, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and business reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve productivity, and support business decisions.
- Work across multiple software platforms, dashboards, and operational portals with ease. 9. Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates across all operational systems.
- Maintain high service quality while balancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, applications, and operational portals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing business and operational reports. 5. Good geographical knowledge and the ability to read maps, plan routes, and optimize travel schedules.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate nurses, drivers, and other field teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational management tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, home healthcare, healthcare services, field workforce management, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, GPS tracking tools, or healthcare management software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
