We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities of our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate operations, project coordination, team management, customer handling, vendor management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across real estate projects.

- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CRM, Projects, Site, Finance, Legal, and Administration teams.

- Monitor project-related operational activities and ensure timely execution.

- Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and external agencies

- Experience in Real Estate Developers / Managed Farmland will be preferred.

- Candidates who have handled end-to-end real estate operations will be strongly preferred.

- 10–15 years of overall experience, with substantial experience in the Real Estate industry.

- Excellent team leadership and people-management skills.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
