Role: Operations Executive

Location: Pallavaram, Chennai

Shift: Rotational Shift

Role Description:

The “Operations Executive” will be responsible for onboarding enrolled students, monitoring payment processes, sharing class schedules, and collaborating with both the support and sales teams. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth operational flow and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in Telugu and Hindi, and should be a natural problem solver who continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and extraordinary customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution of

academic and support processes
1. Using customer relationship management software (CRM) to document

customer interactions
1. Solving Queries through Calls, Emails and Chats
2. Act as a bridge between operations, support, and academic teams for issue

resolution
1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track, resolve, and close escalations





within defined timelines
1. Ensure adherence to internal processes, SLAs, and quality standards
2. Support batch coordination, scheduling, and operational follow-ups when

required
1. Resolving escalated customer issues

Qualification:

1. Should have Minimum 1 Year of experience in Operations / Support role.
2. Comfortable speaking in Telugu and Hindi (mandatory)
3. Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with

customers
1. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
